Our website and order system run on Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (database). They process data only on our behalf. Event calendars are embedded from Google Calendar.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart and, if you create an account, your saved details are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser data.
Invoices and order records are kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@indian-motorcycle-spares.com. You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
